Job Description
The Communications Agent will play a vital role in managing and enhancing the companys communications across departments and with external stakeholders. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal memos announcements and newsletters
Assist in drafting and editing company-wide communications including reports and presentations
Coordinate with various departments to ensure message consistency and accuracy
Serve as a liaison between management and employees for communication-related needs
Support public-facing communication efforts when necessary (excluding social media)
Maintain records of correspondence and communication logs
Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication tools and suggest improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Business or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
