We are seeking a Supply Chain Analytics & Forecasting Manager (m/f/diverse) to join our team in Hannover Germany. In this role you will be responsible for managing and analyzing raw material demand data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our supply chain operations by improving forecast accuracy. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with a deep understanding of raw material sourcing and supply chain management.
- Establish end-to-end visibility in raw material demand planning by building a robust volume budgeting and forecasting framework
- Optimize raw material demand planning to ensure accurate budget and forecast data that supports tire purchasing strategies and secure production supply
- Implement advanced state-of-the-art planning methods and tools including AI-driven solutions to enhance forecast precision and responsiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D Plant Operations and IT to enable agile adjustments in response to dynamic market and supply conditions
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy transparency and system integration
- Design develop and standardize a comprehensive reporting landscape tailored to management and key stakeholders for the raw material demand planning
Qualifications :
- University degree in the field of supply chain management / business administration / economics / information technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of work experience in the following or similar fields: Supply chain management logistics purchasing/sales industrial engineering controlling information technology (SAP RMDP MPOP)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and analysis
- In-depth knowledge of raw material sourcing supply chain optimization and market trend analysis
- Fluency in English; German language skills are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills
- High degree of international and intercultural experience required
