CapTech is seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Tester with a focus on Accessibility to join our innovative consulting team. In this critical role youll be responsible for driving digital accessibility excellence across client engagements ensuring web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of inclusivity and compliance.
Develop comprehensive testing strategies
Create and implement test plans test cases and test scripts
Define testing goals and criteria with business analysts and development teams
Execute functional regression integration and accessibility-focused tests
Create and maintain automated tests using accessibility testing frameworks
Conduct in-depth manual and automated accessibility audits
Analyze test results and resolve software defects
Recommend and implement QA best practices
Document test procedures and accessibility guidelines
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 standards
Collaborate with developers business analysts and UX/UI designers
Mentor junior team members on testing methodologies including accessibility
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions
Lead QA efforts ensuring accessibility and quality standards are met
Integrate accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines
Monitor and maintain accessibility and quality metrics
