- Work with the direct manager or mentor to ensure proper implementation of business requirements.
- Identify outstanding compliance issues and gather necessary information for compliance analysis.
- Collaborate with the team in the development and implementation of labor law requirements.
- Maintain organize and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding documentation ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare HR letters contracts and other employment-related documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Team.
- Assist in coordinating HR-related events training sessions and meetings.

- Familiarity with technical tools with a preference for Google tools (Docs Sheets Slides Drive etc.)
