Job Description
The Team
You will join SEEKs global Commercial Growth Adjacent Revenue team a team of passionate fun and smart individuals across Malaysia Hong Kong Singapore and Australia who are charged by SEEK to lead the design development and scale of new business opportunities across our 8 markets in SEEK Asia Pacific.
Reporting to a Senior Growth Manager this role will focus on supporting growth initiatives through data collection basic analysis administrative tasks and implementing strategies developed by the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute growth initiatives under the direction of senior team members including initiative implementation process optimization and project coordination.
- Collect organize and analyze relevant data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Create compelling presentations and slide decks to communicate findings recommendations and progress updates to stakeholders
- Build and maintain dashboards using visualization tools to provide real-time insights on growth performance including quality assurance checks on data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytics
- Provide operational support where required
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years experience working in operations strategy or research-related roles Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with Salesforce CRM is an added advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written English; Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia are added advantages Ability to work independently and as part of a team
