Job Description
s a Live-In Care Professional youll provide much-needed support to one of our lovely female clients who requires some palliative care and support with day to day living.
Your duties may include a combination of any of the below as all our clients are different:
Offering companionship and emotional support
Providing personal care (washing dressing grooming toileting needs)
Assisting with mobility and light housekeeping tasks
Overseeing medication and providing medical support
Preparing and cooking meals and assisting with eating and drinking
Running errands (e.g. shopping picking up prescriptions)
Providing continence care and helping with morning/evening routines
Caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimers
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you need to be adaptable personable and ready to put others first. You should also be:
Able to work on a two-week on/off schedule
Eligible to work in the UK
Although a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work is an advantage it is not essential for this client due to central town location.
Additional Information :
As a Live In Care CAREGiver you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition we offer comprehensive training and support.
