Job Description
Were recruiting for a Finance Managerto join us. Were offering a competitive base salary.
You will play a key role in shaping the financial future of one of the UKs leading investment management firms. Were looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment brings fresh ideas and is ready to make a real impact.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting senior finance leaders with high-quality financial planning and analysis
- Managing budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes
- Delivering insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial governance and control
- Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and analytics
- Leading scenario planning and business case evaluations
- Supporting the transition and enhancement of commercial finance analytics
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA ACA CIMA CFA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in financial planning analysis and reporting
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the asset management industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- A proactive self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
