You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join Procores Sales Team. In this role youll apply an understanding of Procores products sales methodology processes and prospecting techniques to acquire new strategic mid-sized customers that can benefit from Procores world-class project management tool for the construction industry. This positions sole function is new account acquisition where youll grow revenue with new product sales to our prospective leads. This includes following up on inbound leads prospecting qualifying solution selling negotiation and closing.
As a Commercial Account Executive youll partner with Sales Development and Solution Engineer teams to create and close new logo opportunities. Use your prospecting relationship building and organizational skills to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
This position reports into the Manager Commercial Sales and can be based Canada remote or from Toronto Canada. Were looking for someone to join us immediately!
What youll do:
Develop territory and account plans for new prospects to build rapport and create new logo opportunities
Research accounts identify key players generate interest and obtain business requirements to close new logo business and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
Work cross functionally with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to show Procores position as the leading construction software solution to prospects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively
Manage and maintain accurate leads opportunities and account information within
Networking relationship building cold calling lead follow-up through emails product demonstrations and execution of service agreements
What were looking for:
5 years of demonstrated successful software sales preferably B2B
Experience using a consultative solution-based sales methodology desired
Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling model
Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $98100 - $119900 salary plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $196200 - $239800. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates job-related skills experience education or training and location.
