Job Description

Position Title: Key Account Sales Trainee

Program Duration: 12 Months

Job Overview:

We are a global leader in the construction chemicals industry committed to innovation sustainability and long-term growth. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Key Account Sales Trainee Programa structured 12-month training initiative designed to build foundational skills offer real-world exposure and prepare you for a future role as a Key Account Sales professional. This program combines hands-on experience with cross-functional learning in a dynamic and supportive environment leading to a potential full-time role upon successful completion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a 12-month rotational training program with a primary focus on managing construction contractor accounts.

Gain 3 months of hands-on technical experience by working closely with the Technical Service team on real construction sites.

Rotate through the Specification team for 2 months to learn how to influence project design stages.

Spend 1 month shadowing and supporting the Key Account Sales team to understand client engagement and sales strategies.

Take on a 6-month assignment managing selected contractor accounts under the guidance of a Key Account Sales Manager.

Receive structured performance evaluations and mentoring throughout the program.

Undergo a final assessment at the end of the 12-month period to determine readiness for a full-time Key Account Sales role and confirm permanent employment.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome.

A minimum TOEIC score of 700.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and growth mindset.

Willingness to travel upcountry; must possess a valid drivers license.
