Job Description
The Growth and Partnerships Manager for IDIQs new brand: CreditBuilderIQ is responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities to increase revenue enhance market presence and improve partner and customer acquisition. This role involves a blend of sales marketing product development and data analysis.
- Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives.
- Responsible for the implementation of growth projects from conception to completion.
- Create and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Optimize the partner customer acquisition funnel and develop strategies to obtain new customers and retain existing customers.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on growth metrics and project progress to senior management.
- Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations
- Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention.
- Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this position.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in fintech credit applications that have B2C and B2B2C applications.
- Proven experience in executing strategies for early-stage companies preferably in a tech or software company.
- Core competency in sales outreach marketing and collateral creation design or product with familiarity across all areas.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability with analytics spreadsheets and statistics to guide decision-making.

Additional Information :
Position Details: This is a full-time salaried position (40 hours/week).
Pay: The base pay range for this position is a minimum of $100000 to a maximum of $11500 annually plus potential commission earnings of up to $100000 per year. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
