Job Description
Salary: $61500
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To assist in compiling and reporting company financial information
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Assist in the preparation of income statements and financial reports
Assist on a wide range of tax issues
Assist on financial statement forecasts
Assist in the review of general ledger entries and various account reconciliations
Assist with inventory management and costing systems
Analyze revenue and expenses
Assist with internal and external financial audits
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be a team player friendly professional detail-oriented and honest
Must have the ability to:
Multi-task problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Demonstrate expertise in accounting concepts practices and procedures
Must have:
Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
Excellent financial planning mathematics and analytical skills
Demonstrated good business judgment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience assisting with preparing company income statements financial reports and budgets financial audits tax issues and analyzing revenue and expenses
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
