The Head Baseball Coach/Freshman Seminar Advisor is responsible for providing training direction encouragement motivation and advice to prepare athletes for games and competitive events adhering to the general employee guidelines as specified by the Personnel handbook the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) and the National Junior College Athletic Association. Responsible for assisting students with program planning transfer information course selections and registration. Teach and orient students to the College.
Salary: Appropriate placement on ACCS Salary Schedule E1 Grade 1: $56139 - $736321. A minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution isrequired.
2. A minimum of (3) years experience coaching baseball at the high school or collegiate level isrequired.
