Job Description
Position: Boiler Technician
Location: Raleigh NC
Company: HVAC Service Provider
Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to work with a growing and established company dedicated to safety! The Boiler Tech will be responsible for performing routine maintenance servicing and repairs on boilers burners and various HVAC systems for industrial and commercial clients. Duties include using hand tools electrical tools and test meters to conduct preventative maintenance troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
--Requirements:
--Experienced in servicing commercial and industrial facilities.
--Must be able to perform technical repairs overhauls and startups of various boiler systems.
--Must have hands-on experience with steam high-efficiency traditional fire-tube hot water and condensing boilers.
--Must have experience working with low and medium pressure steam systems.
--Must be proficient in using gauges and meters to check pressure and temperature.
--An OSHA OEM EPA or Boiler Certification is a plus.
--Understanding of VFDs preferred.
