We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our fully remote team. This role is a blend of Salesforce CPQ expertise CRM data management and Salesforce design leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design build and deliver Salesforce solutions that improve business outcomes ensure data quality and delight internal customers.

How Youll Make a Difference:
- Gather document and validate business requirements through detailed user stories acceptance criteria process flows and system wireframes
- Master the operational and customer data processes that power the business becoming a trusted advisor to guide teams through requirements and solution design
- Serve as the primary Salesforce CPQ expert with deep hands-on experience in MDQ and Advanced Approvals
- Lead CRM data management initiatives: work with internal and external teams to ensure clean accurate up-to-date data and implement regular data hygiene processes
- Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving support to internal stakeholders advising on system best practices across Salesforce and related tools
- Independently research and recommend scalable solutions balancing speed impact and long-term maintainability
- Report on success metrics of past initiatives to inform the business value of new projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Admins Developers Analysts and business teams to design test and deploy Salesforce solutions following best practices
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst (or similar role) ideally within a software or technology environment
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ especially Multi-Dimensional Quoting (MDQ) and Advanced Approvals
- Strong CRM data management experience including improving data quality driving regular data maintenance and implementing automation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive consensus across teams
- High comfort level working with operations sales and revenue organizations you understand concepts like pipeline multi-year amendments and the operational processes behind them
- Strategic thinker who knows the first solution isnt always the best one and is comfortable challenging the status quo to implement best practices
- Independent proactive and accountable you take ownership from problem to solution and are invested in sustained success
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator CPQ Specialist) strongly preferred
