This professional position provides administrative oversight for the procurement and contract management functions within the Office of Licensing specifically supporting the Office of Child Care. The role involves the full lifecycle of contract and procurement processes performance monitoring and providing technical assistance to ensure compliance with all applicable laws rules and departmental policies.
Develop administer and manage contracts within the Office of Child Care in accordance with Sections 287.057 and 402.7305 F.S.
Maintain and manage all contractual documents routing processes payment trackers and system entries related to contracts.
Oversee and execute procurement processes ensuring compliance with statutes rules and procedures. This includes research document preparation attending response openings managing evaluations and negotiations and routing documentation.
Develop outcome measures and tools for program evaluation and data collection. Monitor and evaluate performance outcomes in collaboration with program staff.
Prepare and submit reports analyze provider performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct contract monitoring activities and manage contract files payments and reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with departmental policies CF Operating Procedures and any applicable CDAs.
Provide technical assistance and guidance on procurement and contract activities to staff and contracted providers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
FCCM (Florida Certified Contract Manager) certification preferred.
