Location: Nashville TN (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $160000 $200000
Billable Hours Requirement: 1850 minimum Bonus at 1950 hours
Additional Compensation: Merit-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial and complex litigation cases from inception to resolution

Conduct and defend depositions

Draft discovery requests responses and motions

Prepare and argue dispositive motions

Participate in strategy development and case management
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

36 years of litigation experience preferably in a law firm setting

Demonstrated experience with depositions motion practice and case strategy

Strong written and oral advocacy skills are essential

Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or eligible for admission by waiver
