Intellectual Property Associate Attorney
Location: Nashville TN (Onsite)
Salary: $155000 $185000 Merit-Based Bonus
Minimum Billable Hours: 1850 (Bonus begins at 1950 hours)
About the Opportunity:
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a top-tier regional law firm in their search for a talented Intellectual Property Associate Attorney to join their growing team in Nashville TN. This full-time onsite position offers an excellent opportunity for a 2nd to 4th-year associate to build their career in a supportive and well-established IP practice.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will work on a wide range of intellectual property matters both domestic and international. The role requires strong analytical communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

24 years of law firm experience (strictly within this range)

Licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission by waiver

Strong academic background and stable employment history
Preferred Experience Includes:

U.S. and international trademark prosecution
-
Trademark clearance and brand strategy consulting
-
IP licensing and transactional support
-
Domain name enforcement and UDRP proceedings

Trademark portfolio management including international coordination

Soft enforcement of IP rights

Advising clients on global IP strategies
