The Valon IT Team is a small close-knit team. We depend and rely on each other for assistance coverage and growth. In order to meet our achievements to date we have to know each others roles and responsibilities in great detail. At Valon IT leadership is fully invested in team growth and promotion from within. As a member of the Valon IT Team you will support every department team and employee at Valon. You will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our servicing operations team. You will partner with a variety of high-level stakeholders to maintain our daily fast-paced office operations. You will be responsible for responding to technical support queries in a timely and accurate manner including requests for hardware repair equipment relocation and system access. You will continually test adopt and implement new technologies to advance Valons efforts to transform the servicing industry. You will be a foundational member of our Jacksonville office and be the go-to IT person.
