Job Description
Job Title: CDL Driver (Class A B or C)
Location: Everett WA (Onsite)
Pay: $27.75- $35.75 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5000
Job Summary:
A leading transportation provider is seeking professional safety-minded CDL Drivers to transport corporate and commuter clients across scheduled routes. This role is ideal for customer-focused drivers who are committed to delivering safe smooth and dependable service. Premium pay is offered for specific routes and the company provides a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients along scheduled routes in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct daily DOT inspections and report any vehicle defects or concerns
- Complete all required documentation accurately including logs and fuel reports
- Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle at all times
- Create a welcoming environment for passengers and assist as needed
- Uphold all safety procedures and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service in every interaction
Must Haves / Requirements Summary:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A B or C License with Passenger Endorsement
- Current and active DOT Medical Card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills in English
- Able to work independently and take direction
- Comfortable working with people and committed to excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating shuttles motorcoaches or school buses
- Familiarity with DOT safety compliance and documentation
- Strong awareness of route management and schedule adherence
