We are a non-profit service-oriented organization that works directly with our residents on a daily basis!
Your day to day as a CNAs Shift 2
As a Full Time CNA for Shift 2 at Butterfield Trail Village you can expect a dynamic work environment where no two days are alike. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming while promoting their dignity and independence. You will monitor vital signs and report any changes in residents conditions to the nursing staff ensuring the highest standards of care. Your expected schedule will be from 2 PM to 10 PM including weekdays and weekends providing you with valuable experience in a fast-paced setting. Youll collaborate with a team of skilled professionals participate in daily rounds and engage with residents to foster a warm and supportive atmosphere.

To thrive as a Full Time CNA for Shift 2 at Butterfield Trail Village certain skills and qualities are essential. First and foremost you must possess a valid CNA Certification from the State of Arkansas to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial enabling you to effectively interact with residents families and staff while fostering a supportive environment.
Organizational and prioritization abilities are vital as you will need to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Basic computer skills will assist you in maintaining accurate records and navigating essential software. A genuine care for the elderly combined with compassion and patience will enable you to establish meaningful relationships with residents.
Furthermore professionalism attention to detail goal-driven motivation and the capacity to multi-task are necessary traits for success. Flexibility to work holidays and adapt to changing schedules will also be important as you contribute to the well-being of our residents.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- CNA Certification (State of Arkansas)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize & prioritize job responsibilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents families and staff
- Genuine care for and interest in elderly in a health care facility.
- Must be compassionate and patience.
- Professional detail oriented goal driven and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work some holidays
- Be flexible to work another shift when necessary.
