Project Manager CAPEX Projects
Location: Houston TX
Are you ready to lead impactful capital projects in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry We seek a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee CAPEX initiatives for our Client that enhance the development expansion and optimization of cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. Pharma industry experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning design and execution of CAPEX projects to meet business objectives.
- Define project scope timelines deliverables and budgets while managing resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (cGMP FDA EMA) and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams acting as the primary contact for project-related matters.
- Manage budgets control costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify evaluate and manage vendors and contractors ensuring high-quality work.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience managing capital projects in biopharma or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale CAPEX projects with budgets of $5M.
- Expertise in project management tools and strong knowledge of biopharma processes.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification or familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
