Come grow with us! Lemieux & Associates a national leader in the investigative industry is seeking an Office Specialist in our corporate office in North Haven CT. This is a part-time position for the right individual who will work 8 hours per day on Monday Wednesday and Friday.
General Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Medical Canvass and Record Retrieval Manager the Administrative Assistant position is an integral role tasked with performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Office Specialist include processing mail scanning documents making copies of CDs and DVDs communicating with medical facilities and other miscellaneous tasks. The Office Specialist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a significant amount of independence. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using company tools office equipment and operating systems.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is generally in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods and operate a computer for long periods.
