Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting: Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and ensuring they comply with accounting principles
- Budgeting: Producing the annual budget providing the monthly forecasts and reporting budget variances to management
- Accounting: Managing the accounting general ledger and key accounts of MHI as well as governance of outsourced functions such as payroll accounts payable and accounts receivable departments with CGS.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and national government requirements
- Financial analysis: Providing financial analysis to optimize operations capital investments pricing decisions and financial guidance for contract negotiations
- Auditing: Working with external auditors and providing information for the annual audit
- Tax compliance: Managing tax compliance issues
- Business Partnering
- Lead the Financial Management of MHI and the Consolidated Entity
- Lead the Finance Business Partnering with the Warehouse & Aviation SBUs
Knowledge required: Financial Planning Cost Management Managerial Finance Financial Accounting Philippine IFRS Tax and Local Regulations
