Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD
Work Schedule: Full-time. Weekend hours are expected but typically flexible and lighter in volume. Core hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
As an Investment Banking Analyst you will play a key role in financial analysis transaction support and strategic advisory for physician practice transactions. This role demands precision autonomy and the ability to thrive under pressure. Its ideal for candidates who enjoy tackling complex financial challenges and contributing to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3-statement financial models focusing on historical analysis and future projections for physician practices.
- Support deal teams in practice valuations due diligence and preparing pitch materials.
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze growth strategies and sale preparation initiatives.
- Perform industry and market research to refine proprietary frameworks and benchmarks.
- Assist in preparing client-facing reports including variance analyses insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 1-2 years of investment banking or financial consulting experience preferred.
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial databases.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with physician practice transactions or similar healthcare-focused transactions.
- Familiarity with advanced financial modeling techniques.
