Merchology seeks a Post-Production Associate II for our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Post-Production Associate is a critical role that will ensure Merchology products are professionally and purposefully shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers.
Shift: Both first (6:30am-3:00pm) and second (3:00pm-11:00pm) shift positions are available
A successful Post Production Associate II will:
- Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
- Accurately generate shipping labels and packing slips.
- Be responsible for batch and domestic shipping of customer orders.
- Identify exception orders set aside contact the support team to process.
- Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors.
- Clean fold and accurately fulfill orders prior to shipping.
- Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address missed decoration or cancellations.
- File shipping documents daily.
- Assist with post and shipping functions as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
- Strong knowledge of the English language (verbal and written) to understand training requirements and the processing of work orders
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for 7-9 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to recognize different colors of garments and tote labels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite HubSpot ShipHawk preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
