Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Paychex to manage weekly payroll for 350400 employees across four entities. The position is on-site Mondays and Tuesdays (8 AM 5 PM) with flexible hours for the remainder of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate weekly payroll using Paychex for multiple entities
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
- Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience with Paychex payroll systems
- Ability to manage payroll for multiple companies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work on-site Mondays and Tuesdays
