About the Role
As a Customer Experience Coordinator you will be the primary guide for clients booking personalized sports trip packages to global destinations. You will assist in research and booking details ensuring each trip is seamless enjoyable and tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences destination dates lodging and budget.
- Build complete trip arrangements including transportation lodging event access and/or insurance.
- Present package options clearly using effective communication and service skills.
- Manage the booking process end-to-end addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client details and confirmed arrangements.
Qualifications
- 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a client-focused approach.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and/or laptop with reliable internet access.
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or related fields preferred.
