Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee emergency water extraction services.
- Clean up and debris removal of drywall cabinetry and flooring that may be damaged.
- Perform demolition tasks.
- Responsible for the setup of emergency services equipment.
- Effectively supervise crew members and other employees on job sites.
- Adheres to EPA OSHA and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling.
- Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job.
- Review the daily requirements of projects document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges encountered.
- Inspect all jobs on a weekly basis or as needed for quality control safety and compliance.
- Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep these clean and in perfect conditions of use.
- IICRC water certification required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in the restoration construction industry.
- Experience using MICA Dash or any other related water mitigation software.
- Understanding of basic construction safety.
- Ability to effectively use communication devices and technology.
- Excellent problem solving leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable based on business needs.
- Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
- Ability to travel and work at night and during weekends.
- Deep knowledge of the principles and practices of customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret mold assessment protocols for remediation work.
- Eligible to operate a vehicle per company policy.
