Job Description:
We are seeking a cheerful and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position you will be our customers initial point of contact assisting them with concerns and offering information about our products and services. Your great communication skills and problem-solving ability will help to provide a positive client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with orders account inquiries and product information.
- Manage returns refunds and exchanges in accordance with corporate policies.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions transactions and comments.
- Work with team members to achieve performance goals and enhance service quality.
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to improve their experience.
- Refer difficult concerns to the proper departments as needed.
- Stay up to speed on product knowledge and corporate policies in order to better serve consumers.
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent; a degree in a related discipline is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in customer service or a similar function.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace while handling numerous duties at once.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
