JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Quality Technician II at Winco Stamping youll take on advanced inspection responsibilities mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will perform complex inspections using a variety of tools analyze quality trends and collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues.

Salary Range $22.00 - $27.50/hour

SPECIFICATIONS
Quality Management
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 25 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO standards preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with micrometers calipers CMM and vision systems.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Ability to train others and lead by example on quality standards.
- Computer & Analytical Skills:
- Experience with quality data entry and reporting.
- Ability to analyze inspection results and support corrective actions.
- Other Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism reliability and integrity.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support production needs.
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus.
