Multisite Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and oversee project management and logistics for womens ministry
- Develop and execute a scalable discipleship plan for the women of Sandals Church
- Work with Project Management to get assets to support the ministry (design merch video and marketing etc.)
- Serve as the Womens Ministry social media and brand manager
- Oversee the overall look and communication of the ministry
- Provide campuses with branded digital consumable and environmental assets to support their campus ministry needs
- Create social media content to build and execute an online presence to minister to the women of Sandals Church
- Work with Tammy Brown to design and develop SCW merch
- Oversee SC Womens Collective (Network Campus Leads)
- Provide ministry vision for team & Campus Leads
- Support leads in developing a ministry plan for their campus
- Plan and execute monthly meetings
- Disciple minister to and care for the Womens Ministry Team
- Work with Campus Pastors to identify potential leaders and onboarding into the lead role
- Plan End of Year team celebration
- Womens Conference
- Work with Tammy to plan and execute the yearly Womens Conference & Marketplace at Hunter Park
- Asset Manager
- Oversee and organize all Womens Ministry assets & manage the Womens cage
- Maintain inventory of campus assets/needs: prayer cards signage etc.
- Work with Project Management to oversee and distribute Womens Ministry merch
- Oversee Womens Ministry budget
- Support the planning and scheduling of the Womens Ministry podcast
- Womens Staff Care
- 2 events a year to love on the women staff of Sandals Church
- Quarterly encouragement
- Staff Care as needed
Hunter Park Key Responsibilities as needed by specific ministries
- Collaboration and support of the ministries of Sandals Church Hunter Park Missions and Discipleship
- Administration such as scheduling meetings managing calendars handling communication and preparing documents or presentations as needed
- Communication: local and multisite timely follow-up on requests or inquiries
- Coordination of ministry projects helping to project manage compiling necessary resources and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain organized systems for ministry docs and assets
- Event planning logistics and support for meetings trainings or team gatherings both virtual and in-person
- Builder: recruiting developing and equipping teams quickly and thoughtfully
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities proactively identifying where support is needed and stepping in to fill gaps as they arise

- Proactive sees what needs to be done and takes initiative without always being asked
- Excellent communicator clear professional and confident in both written and verbal communication
- Quick learner picks up new systems tools and processes with ease
- Tech-savvy comfortable using Google Workspace: Email Calendar Drive Docs Sheets etc as well as other tools and systems

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
- Pay Range: $20-23 per hour
- We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidates qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
