Job Summary
The ID Card Office Coordinator provides front-line customer service to all visitors to the MavID Card office oversees front-of-house operations and maintains MavID Office maintenance and operational inventory. Assists with processing door access request and reporting. Manages card production and supervises the photo upload process. Trains schedules and supervises student employees. Coordinates with management team to work at resolving all customer card and account related inquiries and problems. Oversees card production troubleshooting and error tracking. Triages and manages Mav ID Card correspondence and inquiries. Performs other related duties as required
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day front office functions of the MavID office including supervising and assisting student workers with issuing ID Cards to the campus community. Respond to in-person phone and email inquiries and requests regarding issues related to MavID Office. Assist with granting and reporting of card access-control system; including hierarchy design request processing documentation and reporting. Serve as liaison between student employees and other Mav Express Professional staff forwarding escalation request as necessary. Responsible for maintaining MavID Office inventory including ordering receiving and counting equipment. Ensure ID card production equipment is maintained and working properly. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Two (2) years experience in a supervisor position. Clear oral and written communication and interpersonal experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with university budgeting billing invoice and Interdepartmental Transaction ( IDT ) processes. Experience managing student workers. Experience with IT help desk or customer service support.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm. Occasional after-hours work during start of semesters.
