What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and inspire the front office team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service.
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Support daily operations ensuring accuracy efficiency and attention to detail.
- Mentor and guide team members fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with a proactive solution-focused approach.
HIGA Hourly Rate:
- Monday to Friday: $29.88 per hour
- Saturday: $37.35 per hour
- Sunday: $44.82 per hour
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring to the Role:
- Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role with strong team coordination and people management skills.
- Solid background in hospitality ideally within a hotel or resort environment with a sound understanding of front office operations and guest service excellence.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a calm and professional approach even during busy or challenging situations.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- High standard of personal presentation aligned with the professionalism and image of our brand.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends to meet the operational needs of the resort.
