Job Description

Position: HR Operation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and processes as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an HR Operation Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations

- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews

- Process employee changes such as promotions transfers and terminations in a timely and accurate manner

- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures as well as local labor laws

- Maintain and update employee benefits information including enrollment and changes

- Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues

- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations and support company-wide initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role

- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
