Job Description
Location: Remote Philippines-Based
Payment: Commission-Based Performance-Based Monthly Fee Potential
Schedule: PST Shift
Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in cold calling Do you thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment and have a knack for engaging potential clients Select Virtual is looking for Cold Callers to join our remote team and help expand our Virtual Assistant services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 20 outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our VA services.
- Identify client needs and effectively communicate how our virtual assistants can add value.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive approach to sales conversations.
- Follow up with prospects nurture leads and close deals.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales cold calling preferably in the VA or outsourcing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Comfortable working PST hours and handling outbound calls remotely.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
