Role Overview
Within the Product Strategy and Operations role you will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth operational execution across our client. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product finance sales and technology to analyze business performance identify opportunities for growth and optimize operational processes. A combination of strategic thinking and operational expertise will be essential in this role to enable their business to scale efficiently and effectively.
This is a broad and dynamic role that leads mission critical cross-functional efforts across our client to bring together the right experts from all parts of the business (e.g. legal operations go-to-market finance) as well as external partners to develop a holistic perspective on business and product strategy and to manage execution. Your role will be critical in ensuring that the teams efforts are aligned well-executed and impact-driven.

Responsibilities
- New Product Strategy: Shape and execute strategies to develop products and go-to-market plans for new products within our clients platform (e.g. card issuing and other adjacent solutions)
- International Payments Expansion Strategy: Define and implement scalable multi-currency and cross-border payment models ( Bridge BDC IMTO). Collaborate with global partners to integrate international payment solutions.
- Pricing Strategy & Monetization: Refine our clients pricing strategy for local and international markets. Conduct competitor analysis and user behavior research to optimize revenue models.
- Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to KYC/AML and other relevant regulations across markets. Monitor and respond to regulatory changes including engagement with the CBN and other stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnerships: Support evaluation and management of key partnerships to unlock growth opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across customer support and internal ops to enable scalable growth.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product legal and business teams to align on strategy and execution. Drive clarity and coordination across stakeholders for smooth launches and strategic initiatives.
