As a Field Service Planner your mission is to enhance Field Service Operations by proactively planning service trips managing resources and promoting great customer relationships. You will report to the Operations Manager.
You will be the first point of contact for our Field Service Engineers in our Customer Center.
You will manage and allocate open service orders.
You will ensure instant release of orders to Field Service Engineers.
You will manage spare parts inventory and safety authorizations.
You will arrange and confirm service visits with customers.
You will monitor and record order progress for completion.
You will maintain accurate order records and collaborate with teams.
You will resolve operational issues with the Operations Manager and Field Service team.

You organize like a pro juggling multiple service orders and resources.
You have excellent scheduling skills coordinating service visits and updates with customers and teams through phone and email.
You quickly adapt to challenges addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise.
You ensure accuracy maintain precise order records manage inventory and verify safety checks.
You reliably complete tasks on time prioritizing tasks to ensure in-time service delivery.
You are a team player working closely with Field Service Engineers Operations Managers and other team members creating a sense of belonging.
You put customers first enhancing their satisfaction through careful planning and coordination.
