Senior Key Account Manager - Welfare

What youll be doing

As a Senior Key Account Manager - Welfare youll play a key role in designing implementing and continuously optimizing post-sales processes specifically dedicated to managing large clients within the Welfare domain. Your mission will be to establish a robust operational foundation that maximizes client satisfaction and retention manages complex C-level relationships ensures excellence in the implementation of Welfare projects and drives continuous improvement through performance analysis. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Design and optimize post-sales processes By conducting in-depth analyses of large Welfare client needs to design implement and standardize scalable end-to-end post-sales journeys (including advanced onboarding proactive relationship management and strategic reporting) continuously identifying improvements introducing new procedures and tools and creating comprehensive documentation and communication protocols to ensure service excellence.

  • Manage strategic client relationships By developing cultivating and solidifying long-term C-Level partnerships with key stakeholders acting as their trusted advisor to deeply understand their business objectives and Welfare service needs and conducting periodic business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive service adoption through training By designing and delivering targeted training and development programs for key client stakeholders and their employees empowering them to maximize autonomous usage effectiveness and overall engagement with Satispays Welfare services.

  • Monitor Performance and ensure strategic alignment By establishing tracking and analyzing KPIs for large client management and post-sales process effectiveness providing detailed reports with actionable insights and ensuring all Welfare-related projects align with company OKRs and overarching strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives By working in close synergy with the Business Development Welfare team Product Marketing and other internal stakeholders to identify areas for service and process improvement support the achievement of company OKRs and actively contribute to projects aimed at Key Account team development and strategic growth.

  • Manage client relationships By effectively managing and conducting relations with C-Level stakeholders develop strong long-term relationships with client executives and drive key account management activities to build and maintain a robust client base.

  • Conduct training and development To empower key stakeholders and employees to independently utilize Satispays Welfare services strengthening the engagement.

  • Monitor performance metrics To track and analyze employer KPIs to align with OKRs and provide regular updates and reports on account performance.

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives By working closely with the BD Welfare Team and other key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement support the achievement of OKRs and participate in projects aimed at key account teams and strategic growth.

  • Ensure the alignment with organizational objectives By leading the planning execution and evaluation of welfare-related projects.

  • Structure and optimize processes - by bringing new and effective processes for post-sales and account management within the Welfare clients.

  • Extensive account management experience With 8-10 years of project management welfare programs and process development.

  • Strong expertise in process creation With the ability to design structure and optimize account management processes training programs and performance analysis.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills With the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive creative problem solutions and performance improvements.

  • Proficiency in GSuite and data analysis tools Particularly strong skills in GSheet and familiarity with data-driven platforms.
