Job Title: Activities Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Crawley
Hours: Monday Friday 9.30 am 3.00 pm
Salary: 12.21 per hour

Were looking for a compassionate energetic and creative Activities Assistant to join our vibrant Activities Hub supporting young adults with complex care needs. This is more than just a job its an opportunity to enrich lives through meaningful engagement inclusion and fun.
About Us:
Our activities hub is a safe and stimulating space designed to empower young adults with a range of physical sensory and learning disabilities. We provide tailored activity sessions skill-building opportunities and social interaction in a supportive and person-centred environment.
The Role:
As the Activities Assistant youll help plan and deliver engaging sessions that could include art music sensory play and life skills. Youll work closely with our team to ensure every individual feels included valued and supported in achieving their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and running group activities
- Support individuals with varying needs ensuring dignity respect and fun
- Help maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with participants families and the team
- Promote independence creativity and participation
What Were Looking For:
- Enthusiasm patience and a genuine passion for supporting others
- Experience working with individuals with complex care needs (desirable but not essential training will be provided)
- Creativity and confidence in leading or supporting activities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility reliability and a proactive attitude
