Gander Toyota is seeking a Automotive Technician Journeyman to Master Level to join our team!

Licensed Technicians: Were proud to offer up to $7500 in relocation assistance depending on your experience skills and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Well organized possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Hard-working self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Have a valid drivers license and be able to provide an acceptable drivers abstract
  • Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License
  • Must be Red Seal Certified

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems as required
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to the manufacturers performance specifications
  • Advise customers on work performed general vehicle condition and future repair requirements
  • Diagnose faults and confirm findings with supervisor
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.
