Duties and Role:
- Conduct targeted data quality reviews and remediation activities particularly related to service models and the integration of financial attributes in the CMDB.
- Collaborate with the Discovery and Asset teams to validate and align discovered data.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting frameworks for IaaS and PaaS services.
- Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of data governance policies and quality metrics.
- Support the planned migration of the CMDB to NS in 2025.
- Focus on re-architecting existing obsolescence dashboards on NR to utilize the new CMDB on NS as the data source.
Requirements
Skill Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Ability to conduct targeted data quality reviews and remediation activities.
- Experience with service models and integrating financial attributes in CMDBs.
- Collaboration skills for validating and aligning discovered data with Discovery and Asset teams.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks (ideally for IaaS and PaaS services).
- Knowledge of data governance policies and quality metrics.
- Understanding of CMDB migration processes (specifically to NS).
- Experience re-architecting dashboards on platforms like NR to utilize new CMDB data sources.
- Good English proficiency (e.g. Cambridge/Toefl English certificate)
