Whats the opportunity
Were looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Penrith team. In this role youll help customers through the sales process explain product features manage test drives and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
What were looking for:
Experience in a retail or customer-facing role either online or in person.
Ability to learn and share product knowledge with customers.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
