DESCRIPTION
The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF)isthe state of Floridas social services agency. Within DCF theChild and Family Well-Being Program (CFWB)office is recognized as the single state authority for child welfare and prevention program office is committed to the well-being of children and their families. Our responsibilities encompass a wide-range of services including among other things assistance to families working to stay safely together or be reunited foster care youth and young adults transitioning from foster care to independence adoption.

This is a highly responsible and professional position that will serveas a Contract Manager Specialist within the CFWB is a professional position performing highly responsible technical consultative and administrative work. This position will manage multiple multi-million dollar contracts and will be responsible for mission critical contract management and business administration functions to support statewide CFWB operational client-service and ancillary support needs. This position will collaborate with each section within the program office and be required to use independent judgement take initiative in carrying out duties and responsibilities and should be extraordinarily detail oriented.

Possess at least 5 years of experience managing contracts in excess of $5 million annually in accordance with section 287.057(15)(d) F.S.
Software Proficiency:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and SharePoint experience
