Your Specific Responsibilities:

This is a clinical services position at the Florida Department of Health in Walton County providing practical nursing support and assistance to providers primarily at the Coastal Branch location All work completed will be in accordance with agency policies procedures protocols and guidelines. This position requires access to sensitive information and requires a high level of trust. This position is a key custodian for the medication room laboratory medical records room and other assigned areas. Adheres to Information security policies and procedures. This position is based at the Coastal Branch/Santa Rosa Beach site but may be assigned to other clinic locations or programs as needed for staff coverage.

Qualifications:

Minimum Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse per Florida Statutes 464 Current state issued drivers license Current CPR certification.

Preferred - Seasoned LPN with prior primary care family planning Womans Health and/or prenatal care experience. Prior FDOH experience is a plus but not required.
