- Efficiently schedule and dispatch installation jobs to keep operations running smoothly
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to build strong reliable relationships
- Make sure our installers have the tools materials and information they need to succeed
- Keep communication clear and consistent across all departments and projects
- Manage inventory materials and resources to support efficient job completion
- Handle permits and job documentation with precision
- Participate in the call queue and join our on-call Saturday rotation (once a month)
- High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for home services or trade school education)
- Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles plumbing or construction experience is a big plus
- Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus!)
- Organized resourceful and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
