Thomas Cuisine is hiring a Part-Time Cook for Minidoka Memorial Hospital in Rupert ID!

Minidoka Memorial Hospital is seeking a reliable and motivated PartTime Cook to join our Dietary team. In this role youll prepare nutritious meals for patients staff and visitors while supporting a clean and organized food-service environment.

Pay: $18 an hour

Schedule: Weekdays 12:30pm- 8pm Weekends and Holidays 11:30am-8pm .3-4 days a week.

Must be willing to work holidays and weekends. Potential to become full-time.

You Will:

• Assist patients with orders turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
• Prep & produce patient meals ensuring consistency and compliance with the recipes portioning cooking and waste control guidelines.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; works well with others.
• Follow guidelines concerning dietary guidelines food and physical safety maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements at all time.
• Maintain clean kitchen/dining hall with safe sanitation practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You Will Need:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with one-on-one customer service interaction.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Professional kitchen experience a plus!
• Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
• Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
