Job Description
This position will be on-site daily at our corporate headquarters in Deerfield Beach FL. We are seeking local candidates only at this time.

What you Get to Do:
- Drive motivate and develop a team of accounting professionals to success in all areas of Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger functions
- Counsel and advice leadership based on financial analysis with key financial decisions and business strategy
- Develop review and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS ensuring accuracy and completeness through proper account reconciliations and analysis
- Be a key team member of implementation team in the development testing and launch of new ERP system acting as voice of the department for accounting requirements
- Contribute to successful internal and external audits
- Fully support annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Partner and support Director of Finance and Controller through collaboration with Controller
- Set all accounting processes into a continual process improvement loop to drive efficiency and optimize effectiveness
The skills and experience you bring to us:
- Bachelors degree in accounting
- 5 years experience in accounting and 2 years experience supervising leading teams
- Strong foundational knowledge of AP AR GL and reconciliation best practices
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Netsuite or other. Hyperion financial system experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Teams Sharepoint Power Point Excel)
- Strong understanding of a variety of corporate tax structures
- Intellectual curiosity as it relates to using financial data and pro-actively collaborating with cross-functional teams for the purpose of guidance and data-driven decision making
- Experience at the business unit level strongly preferred
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- CPA preferred
