Job Description
Position:PRT Mathematics
Locations:
- Podar International SchoolShirurAhilyanagar
- Job Type:Full-Time
- Reporting To:Academic Coordinator / Principal
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliverengaging concept-based lesson plansand assessments.
- Use variousteaching methods technology and activitiesto make math interactive.
- Regularly evaluate and monitor student performance through tests and assignments.
- Prepare students forinternal exams Olympiads and board assessments.
- Maintainclassroom discipline attendance records and academic reports.
- Collaborate with peers for cross-subject projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Attendstaff meetings training programs and parent-teacher interactions.
- Foster an environment that supportsinquiry creativity and logical reasoning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Mathematicsor related field.
- .(Mandatory for TGT level)
- Minimum02 years of teaching experiencein middle
- Good command ofspoken and written English.
- Comfortable withdigital teaching tools / smart boards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge in Algebra Geometry Arithmetic and Statistics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make abstract math concepts clear and practical.
- Passion for teaching andinspiring a love for mathematicsin students.
- Organized punctual and committed to school responsibilities.
Preferred Traits:
- Experience in CBSE or ICSE curriculum.
- Exposure tomath enrichment programs(Olympiad NTSE etc.).
- Willingness to take part in co-curricular and academic development activities.
