Job Description:
This role is a part of India Country Leader India Acceleration Centres Program Management Office (PMO) and will focus on supporting key business strategic and operational priorities to drive the transformation and growth of the firm with the help of data analytics.
Provide data and insights to support planning for key strategic business projects lead reviews track progress and highlight any course corrections .
Leadreporting and analysis of key financial and business metrices to the leadership team.
Analysing results accurately and generating ideas to support strategic financial and operational priorities including applying innovation or process improvements.
Utilizing a strong understanding andtechnical skill set related to various data automation and visualization tools (Alteryx Tableau PowerBI) in order to support relevant data and insights for the senior leadership.
Generating complex ad hoc reporting using multiple data sourcesand developing relevant analytics for senior stakeholders.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in India across the US and across different Acceleration Centers to support strategic projects.
Requirements:
Experience 2 yrs in a similar role
Education MBA/Post Graduation from a premier B school/CA
Location Bangalore
Prior experience in working in global teams. Experience of working in a professional services organization will be a plus.
Good understanding of diverse channels of communication.
Big 4 experience would be an added advantage however not mandatory.
Stakeholder Management: Should be able to independently manage multiple senior Stakeholders including but not limited to leading calls / meetings providing regular updates and so on.
Should be able to operate independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment and address questions / challenges with logical thinking.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the firm.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service focus. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrated integrity respect commitment to excellence and collaboration skills
Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously.
