Are you passionate about design and creativity Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your skills can make a difference Len-Tex Corporation is looking for a talented Design Technician to join our Design Department and help us create innovative high-quality wallcoverings.
What Youll Do: As a Design Technician youll play a key role in the development of our products by:
- Creating vinyl designs using separations silk screening and engraver-ready files.
- Organizing and developing design concepts.
- Conducting ink testing and pattern development.
- Collaborating with a team to achieve departmental goals.
- Assisting in colorway creation and performing general administrative tasks.
What Were Looking For: Were seeking someone with:
- A strong understanding of color creation and multicolor print concepts.
- Knowledge of print testing processes and strike-off development.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to grip lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools like wrenches wipers and utility knives.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and visually identify print issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in artistic design textile design or a related field preferred.
- Related experience preferred.
